These terms

These terms cover the Power King app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

Read-only

Power King only reads what your batteries, battery boards and power stations report over Bluetooth. Power King does not change or alter any battery's or power station's factory-set parameters, apps or software, and never switches anything on or off.

Readings are a guide

Readings come from your unit and can be wrong, late or missing. Power King is not a safety device: don't rely on it to protect people or property, and follow your equipment maker's instructions.

Tests

The load and capacity tests use loads you connect and run yourself. Run them only on equipment in good condition, keep an eye on it, and stop if anything gets hot, swells, smells or acts strangely.

No warranty

Power King and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

Not liable for damages

As far as the law allows, Power King and its developers are not liable for any damage, injury, loss or cost involving your batteries, power stations, solar equipment or anything connected to them, or from using or not being able to use Power King. This includes equipment that was already faulty, worn out or of poor quality.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
